Shelter with Solar, Depth 1600mm

The Shelter RS is a cutting-edge roofing system designed for versatile outdoor applications, available as a 2-, 3-, or 4-field configuration. With two standard roof depths of 1,300 mm and 1,600 mm, this shelter offers a sleek, almost floating flat roof construction that redefines traditional design aesthetics. Manufactured from aluminum profile systems and with ready-made installation on a concrete foundation. The pre-assembled factory delivery, including a concrete foundation slab, significantly reduces onsite civil engineering costs and simplifies installation, even in challenging weather conditions such as frost. Its rust-proof aluminum support structure guarantees longevity and low maintenance while providing a lightweight yet robust framework that can be relocated easily during construction or redevelopment projects.

The intelligently designed roof system incorporates an integrated kit for solar panels or green roofs, enhancing energy efficiency and environmental responsibility. The double roof covering reduces noise levels during rainfall and minimizes cleaning efforts. An advanced drainage system, controlled through a central gutter, efficiently channels rainwater away, maintaining a dry and comfortable environment. For additional weather protection, single-pane safety glass is linearly mounted as side walls, which can also be customized with decorative elements, city coat of arms, or artistic silhouettes to reflect urban identity.

A major highlight of the Shelter RS is its commitment to accessibility and sustainability. Bird protection decoration ensures a safe, inclusive design, while extensive accessories cater to both functionality and user comfort.
As part of its sustainable approach, the Shelter RS is constructed using 80% aluminum sourced from recycled profiles, reducing the carbon footprint while maintaining premium quality and structural integrity. The included standard features—decoration, LED lighting, solar panel, bench, roof drainage, and a display case—ensure a fully equipped shelter from the outset, with optional accessories such as waste bins, railings, CLP advertising panels, custom RAL color choices, additional seating designs, and signage available for further customization. Moving beyond conventional steel and glass shelters, the Shelter RS represents a perfect blend of sustainability and innovation, offering an environmentally responsible, highly adaptable, and aesthetically appealing solution for a wide range of outdoor needs.

Foundation:

• Foundation dimensions: W = 4200 mm; D = 1400 mm, H = 120 mm.
• Surface and sides formwork-smooth exposed concrete surface, incl. structural reinforcement.
• All precast concrete elements are manufactured and quality-monitored in accordance with DIN 1045-1/EN-206-1.
• Prefabricated foundation slab for paving over= -200 OKFF

Construction:

• 3 pcs. toughened safety glass (ESG) rear panel = 8 mm in privacy decor as rear panel.
• 2 pcs. toughened safety glass (ESG) d = 8 mm in privacy decor as side panel.
• Mounted linearly in the aluminium profile without brackets, incl. pane protection. The glass is fixed to the supporting mullion profiles using U- shaped rubber profiles and click profiles with supporting rubber profiles. Removal by unauthorised persons is impossible.
• 4 rear stand profiles made of aluminium (in standard version DB 703 (micaceous iron ore grey).
• The two side corner posts are 150 x 150 mm; the two posts in between are 60 x 150 mm.
• 2 front stand profiles made of aluminium (standard version EV1 silver anodised), ø70 mm.

Tak:

• Roof cladding made of top and bottom sheets powder-coated in RAL 9010 pure white (standard version).
• Drainage by means of a rain gutter integrated centrally in the roof. Water drainage through a stainless steel sieve in the rear corner supports by means of a water spout above ground via the foundation slab.

Standard Inclusions with shelter:

1x LED solar lighting integrated in the roof:

• Lighting unit with solar power supply concealed in the roof. The control is adapted to the daylight situation.
• The power supply is switched off during the night and at times when there is no sunlight (e.g. by snow cover) is intelligently guaranteed by the S12/17 H5 storage battery.
• With its 35 WP, the solar panel provides constant illumination of 80 lux.

Timetable showcase:

• External dimensions: W = 1,090 mm; H = 970 mm (with aluminium hinged door).
• Visible dimensions: W = 980 mm; H = 860 mm.
• The information display case is made of extruded aluminium profiles (EV1 silver anodised) and equipped with a side hinged door frame.
• The door frame is fitted with a polycarbonate pane (non-flammable).
• The LED interior lighting in the underside of the roof provides glare-free and reflection-free illumination at 80 lux.
• The rear panel consists of a magnetic carrier plate. Delivery includes locking cylinder.
• The city coat of arms or logo can optionally be permanently screen-printed on the rear.

1x bench seat:

• Dimensions: W = 1,182 mm; D = 410 mm Seat height = 500 mm (after paving over).
• Bench for 2 people made of aluminium fixed between the supports. (Alternatively, an FSC-certified hardwood bench for 2-3 people is also available at an extra charge).
• Positioning in the waiting hall: centre field

Privacy screen decor in accordance with DIN 18040-3:

• Screen decor made of ceramic screen printing (sandblasted look) in accordance with DIN 18040-3
• High-contrast safety markings at visual height for both pedestrians (1,200 mm – 1,600 mm) and wheelchair users (400 mm – 700 mm).
• Both marking strips are 80 mm wide and extend across the entire width of the glass.
• Marking strips consist of many vertical rectangles in different arrangements and the two high-contrast colours RAL 7015 slate grey and RAL 9003 signal white
