Shelter RC6 – Two-sided

The Shelter RC is a modern shelter with a pent roof. It can be set up in a row and expanded as needed, with single-sided or double-sided options. The shelter is made of strong steel and has a stylish design that fits well in city areas and modern buildings. You can customize it with side walls made of clear glass, privacy screens, or wood. The roof can be made of glass or left open, and it includes a drainage system for rainwater. Finished in durable RAL 7016 anthracite grey, the Shelter RC is both practical and attractive.

Assembly:

The shelter is delivered as a kit for easy assembly on-site. It can be installed on a flat surface, strip foundations, or point foundations. The base is anchored to a foundation constructed on-site with 4 impact anchors per base plate.

Main Roof:

• The roof is pitched with a slope of 8.75% or 5°.
• The roof covering is made from 12mm clear laminated safety glass (VSG) or optional trapezoidal sheet material.
• The roof is supported by rafters spaced 750mm apart, and the covering is fixed securely with screws and cover strips that include seals.

Steel Support Structure:

• The corner and middle posts are made of 80mm x 80mm square tubes with base plates for securing.
• The sub-roof structure uses 70mm x 70mm square tubes.
• Water drains through the back cross member, with outlets located about 190mm above the ground.
• A gargoyle (drain) is located on the rear right post. For roof areas larger than 10m², an additional gargoyle is added on the rear left.

Walls:

• The shelter is open by default, with no back or side walls.
• Optional side panels include 8mm clear toughened safety glass (ESG), privacy screen or wood panel filling, and perforated sheet or aluminum cassettes.

Protection:

• Hot-dip galvanised and powder-coated in RAL 7016 anthracite grey (standard). Other RAL or DB colors are available as an option.
• Snow load capacity is 0,85 kn/m²
