At R&R Solutions the production process is divided into four main sectors. Each individual step is subject to strict quality control processes.
Construction
In our spacious construction department, our products receive their fundamental and solid basic shape through high-precision welding. Our welding procedures are certified according to DIN EN 1090 and comply with the latest technological standards. This ensures the highest quality and durability of our welded joints.
Coating
Here the environment plays a major role in two ways. In order to optimally prepare our products for coating, they must be thoroughly cleansed of all residues. Instead of chemical agents, we deploy the much more expensive and complex, but environmentally friendly, method of dry ice cleaning. Using this method, all surfaces and angles are perfectly freed from residue. For painting, we use environmentally friendly high-solid coatings and an electrostatic process which, on the one hand, ensures the application of colour even in hard to reach areas and, on the other hand, significantly reduces the amount of paint necessary and thus conserves valuable resources. Our convection and halogen drying employs heat recovery and is therefore also very environmentally friendly.
Final Assembly
Here the product is finalised according to the customer’s wishes. In particular, customised furnishing features come to bear here. For example, for the shelter systems, printed glass panes are fitted. The mobile room systems will receive an individual façade, with windows, doors, and interiors. Our display cabinets are equipped, for instance, with a text bar, LED lighting, or heating elements for winter.
Preparation for transport
Before the finished products are delivered, they are thoroughly cleaned. Then they receive custom packaging or a complete film protection, to protect them optimally from damage in transit. We also perform transport arrangements for air cargo or by ship to other continents.
